Stop Smoking By Having An Herbal Aid

Smoking cigarettes almost always leads to a shortened life, but even when you know smoking damages your body, it can be very hard to quit because of your body's dependency of the nicotine. There are a few herbal aids that aim to help you stop smoking by controlling withdrawal symptoms.

Instructions

1. Decide which product is best for you. There are many herbal smoking aids in many different forms, including lozenges, sprays and pills, to name a few. All have been proven to work very well

2. Do not try to quit smoking the first day. It is as pointless as starving yourself in order to lose weight. Take quitting one step at a time.

3. Take lozenges every two hours for the first week. The second week, take a lozenge every three hours and so on until you get to the fourth week. Here you should only take the lozenges for intense cravings.

4. Try other aids if the first does not work for you. Spray treatments should be used similarly to lozenges. Whenever you have a really bad craving, spray the mist into your mouth to help relieve the withdrawal symptoms.

5. Use a pill treatment if others do not work. Lobelia extract is perfect for quitting smoking. It cleans your lungs, which in turn makes the taste of cigarettes quite awful.
