There are different strengths of inhalers, which will help the person quit smoking. Some companies will offer non-nicotine cartridges for the inhaler to keep the hands busy even after you quit smoking.

Nasal spray is effective for some people, but if you have sinus problems and a strong smoking habit, the nasal spray may not work. This spray is for light smokers who need a little help to stop smoking. The spray is inhaled through the nose and sends the nicotine to the body, relieving the need for a cigarette.
