Eliminate Being Dizzy

There are many ways to ease dizziness.

Being dizzy is a condition that is very common and one most people have experienced many times in their life. Sometimes referred to as vertigo, dizziness can be an annoying condition causing loss of balance and a sense of spinning. Most sufferers look for ways to get rid of the sensation along with the additional pesky symptoms associated with dizziness including headaches and nausea. There are ways of easing these symptoms at home until the dizziness subsides.

Instructions

1. Drink a full glass of water at the onset on dizziness. Make sure to drink a sufficient amount of water daily to avoid dehydration. Dehydration commonly leads to dizziness.

2. Lie down in a comfortable place and attempt to wait out the dizziness. Sometimes taking a short nap can alleviate the symptoms.

3. Decrease or discontinue use of stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine. These substances are known to cause a loss of balance.

4. Avoid moving around rapidly. Try to stay in one place until the dizziness is gone. Rapid movements can make the symptoms feel much worse.

5. Remove yourself from stressful situations. Situations provoking stress can often cause dizziness. Avoiding or removing yourself from these occurrences can lessen the chance of dizziness.
