Quit Smoking Using The Approach To Esmoking

Many smokers are dying to give up, but fail at every attempt.


Giving up smoking is always a challenge, but many people make repeated attempts without success. Some are turning to e-smoking as an alternative. Debate currently rages about the efficiency and safety of electronic cigarettes but, whatever the truth, if you intend to use e-cigs as a tool for quitting completely, the health benefits of being a non-smoker are undisputed.


Instructions


1. Buy an e-smoking kit from an online retailer. Order cartridges filled with different strength e-juice so that you can gradually reduce your nicotine intake until you are smoking cartridges filled with zero-nicotine e-juice. Strengths usually come in xx-high (3.6 percent), x-high (2.8 percent), high (2.4 percent), medium (1.8 percent), low (0.8 percent) and nil (0 percent) and there are lots of flavors to choose from. Start with a strength that you think will suit you, depending on your smoking habits. Order 20 cartridges of that strength and between 10 and 20 cartridges of each weaker strength, including the zero-nicotine cartridges. People usually use between 3-5 cartridges a day, so judge for yourself how many you need.


2. Charge one of the e-cig batteries when your kit arrives and attach it to the atomizer. Insert one of the highest strength cartridges into the end of the atomizer. E-cigs differ, but the majority are put together this way. You should consult the manufacturer's instructions before use. While you use one battery, you should put the other battery on to charge so you will not be left without power for your e-cig. The e-cig will probably produce a vapor when you puff on the mouthpiece, but some models have a small button to depress which preheats the atomizer element a little, aiding vaporization. If the vapor tastes too strong, replace the cartridge with a lower strength one until you are happy.


3. Move onto your lower strength cartridges as you finish the higher strength ones, or earlier if you feel able. As e-cigs emit a vapor for you to inhale they provide a simulacra of smoking that other nicotine replacement products do not. If you have tried other replacement methods, you may find this more satisfying due to this means of nicotine delivery. When you have worked you way down to the zero nicotine cartridges, smoke these too, so that you still have the inhalation sensation for a while after stopping the nicotine. You should now be free of any nicotine cravings when you stop smoking your e-cig altogether.
